This dip is inspired by the Greek spread tzatziki and pairs well with pita chips or crudités, but it is also makes lovely sauce for cold poached chicken or salmon. The flavors really come together the longer the prepared dip is chilled, so plan to make it a day or two before you want to serve it. In Greece, sometimes mint and parsley are mixed in with the dill.

Ingredients

Onion

1 large

Plain low fat yogurt

cup(s)

Fat free cream cheese

8 Tbsp

Table salt

¼ tsp

Black pepper

tsp, or to taste

Dill

2 tsp, fresh, or 1 tsp dried dill weed

Cucumber

2 large, peeled and cut into bite-size cubes
