Creamy parmesan-broccoli dip
¾ pound(s), finely chopped (about 4 c)
Shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
10 Tbsp, divided
Low fat cream cheese
Reduced calorie mayonnaise
Grated Parmesan cheese
2 medium clove(s), finely chopped
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Coat a 1-quart casserole or pie dish with cooking spray.
- Combine all ingredients, except 2 Tbsp mozzarella cheese, in a large bowl. Spoon mixture into prepared dish and smooth into an even layer; sprinkle with remaining mozzarella. Bake until top is lightly browned and dip is bubbly, 25 minutes. Serve warm with baked chips or fresh vegetables.
