Uncooked beets

Kale

Dried dates

Dried chia seeds

Unsweetened frozen raspberries

Plain unsweetened almond milk

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until smooth. Add more milk if needed to reach desired consistency.
  2. Serving size: 8 fl oz

Notes

Option: Add 1 tsp bee pollen to the blender.
