Cookies and Cream Shake
- 2 cup(s) fat free vanilla frozen yogurt
- 1/2 cup(s) fat free skim milk
- 1/8 tsp mint extract, optional
- 4 item(s) cream filled chocolate sandwich cookie(s)
- Place yogurt, milk and mint extract in a blender; blend until smooth and creamy. Add cookies; blend for a few seconds until combined. Yields about 2/3 cup per serving.
