Ingredients
Oreo Thins Chocolate sandwich cookies
10 cookie(s), broken up
Fat free cottage cheese
½ cup(s)
Banana
2 medium, ripe, broken into chunks
Vanilla whey protein powder
2 scoop(s)
Vanilla extract
1 tsp
Cool Whip Reduced Fat Whipped Cream Topping
⅓ cup(s)
Instructions

In a food processor, pulse the cookies until ground into crumbs. Transfer to a shallow dish.

In the same food processor bowl (without cleaning it out), puree the banana, cottage cheese, protein powder, and vanilla until smooth, stopping and scraping down sides occasionally. Transfer mixture to a medium bowl and fold in the whipped topping until just combined (do not overmix).

Divide mixture among 6 silicone ice pop molds. Freeze until solid, at least 3 hours.

Working with 1 ice cream bar at a time, carefully remove from mold. If ice cream bar is sticking, run warm water along outside of mold to loosen. Press each ice cream bar in crumbs to coat. Place back in freezer until ready to eat.
