Collard Greens with Garlicky Mojo

Citrusy mojo is traditionally drizzled over starchy tubers like yucca. Here we substitute hearty but much lower calorie greens—definitely not old-school, but delicious nonetheless.
Uncooked collard greens
12 cup(s), stems removed, cut into ribbons (from 2 bunches)
2 medium clove(s), minced
Fresh orange juice
Fresh lime juice
- Place collard greens in a steamer basket inside a large pot of simmering water; cover and steam until tender, 5-10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in a small saucepan over low heat; add garlic and cook, stirring, until garlic softens, about 1 minute. Stir in remaining ingredients; serve sauce over steamed greens.
- Serving size: 2/3 cup greens and 1 tablespoon mojo
