Refreshing and elegant, this nonalcoholic drink is the perfect accompaniment to just about any savory meal. Make sure to use super fresh mint for the best flavor. For a pretty presentation, garnish each glass with a slice of lime or a long, curled strip of lime zest.

Persian (mini) cucumber

Instructions

Pour coconut water into large pitcher. Add cucumbers, mint, lime juice, agave, and ginger; stir until mixed well. Refrigerate until well chilled, at least 1 hour or up to 2 days. Pour into 4 ice cube–filled glasses.
