- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1/4 tsp lime zest
- 1 Tbsp fresh mint leaves, (plus extra for garnish)
- 1 1/2 fl oz rum, light variety
- 4 fl oz lemon lime diet soda
Muddle sugar, lime juice, lime zest and mint leaves in a tall glass. Add ice, rum and soda; stir to combine. Serve garnished with optional fresh mint and a slice of lime.
