Orange juice

2 cup(s), 1/2-inch cubes
Papaya
1 large, seeded, peeled, and cut into 1/2-inch cubes (about 2 cups)
Cantaloupe
½ cup(s), diced, seeded, peeled, and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
Watermelon
⅛ large, (1/2 small) cut into 1/2-inch cubes
Cayenne pepper
1 pinch(es), if desired

1 Stir together sugar and boiling water in large bowl until sugar dissolves. Stir in orange juice, lime zest, lime juice, and salt.

2 Add pineapple, papaya, cantaloupe, watermelon; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour or up to 4 hours. Serve sprinkled with cayenne to taste, if desired.
