Chunky monkey breakfast pizzas

These adorable “pizzas” are a combination of chocolate, peanut butter, and banana and a delicious way to start the day or to enjoy a mid-day pick-me up. They’re so quick and easy your kiddos can help make them too. Get a decadent double hit of chocolate and use chocolate peanut powder if that’s what you have stashed in your pantry. If you don’t have sandwich thins on-hand, use bagel thins or slices of whole-grain bread. The banana’s soft texture makes it an ideal choice to use as a topping, but thin apple slices will add some crunch if you’d like to use them instead.
