These adorable “pizzas” are a combination of chocolate, peanut butter, and banana and a delicious way to start the day.

Ingredients

Thin whole wheat sandwich bread (roll)

Powdered peanut butter

2 Tbsp

Water

1½ Tbsp

Banana(s)

1 small, cut into 10 slices

Unsweetened coconut flakes

Tbsp, toasted

Instructions

  1. Combine chocolate peanut butter powder and water until smooth. Spread evenly across both halves of the roll. Top each with 5 banana slices and 1/6 TB coconut flakes.
