Vanilla extract
½ tsp
Pumpkin pie spice

Ground ginger

Instructions

Combine the yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and ginger. Stir in half of the crushed cookie.

In the microwave, melt the chocolate chips, about 30 to 40 seconds, stopping to stir after 20 seconds.

Swirl melted chocolate all over top of the yogurt. Sprinkle with the remaining cookie. Eat right away or refrigerate for later.
