Ingredients

Plain fat free Greek yogurt

1 cup(s)

Chocolate peanut butter powder

1 Tbsp

Lily's Dark chocolate mini baking chips (9 oz)

60 chip(s)

Sliced almonds

1 Tbsp

Flaky salt

1 pinch(es), optional

Instructions

  1. Remove lid from a small container of Greek yogurt. Stir in the chocolate peanut butter powder until well combined. Smooth surface of the yogurt with the back of the spoon.
  2. In the microwave, melt the chocolate chips, about 30 to 45 seconds.
  3. Spread melted chocolate all over top of yogurt to form a smooth layer. Top with the almonds and flaky salt (if using). Freeze for 10 minutes, or just until the chocolate hardens.
  4. Makes 1 serving.
