- 1/3 cup(s) chocolate peanut butter powder
- 5 Tbsp water
- 1 flatbread Flatout Thin Crust Flatbreads Artisan pizza rustic white
- 1 medium banana(s), thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp mini semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 Tbsp mini chocolate chips
- 1 tsp confectioners' sugar, for garnish
- 1 packet(s) Weight Watchers Creamy chocolate smoothie drink mix
Combine powdered chocolate-peanut butter, WW Smoothie mix, and water in a small bowl.
Spread evenly across Flat Out leaving a ½” border at the edges.
Layer banana slices lengthwise down the center of the pizza crust and sprinkle with mini chips.
Roll pizza crust widthwise into a tight log. Use a serrated knife to cut into 12 pieces. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar and enjoy.
