This no-bake rugelach is super simple to make thanks to the fluffy flatbread you can pick up at the grocery store! These bite-sized treats get a triple dose of chocolate from melted chocolate, the smoothie mix, and chocolate peanut powder, which is made with cocoa powder and pure roasted peanuts. We’ve added slices of banana to the filling which lends a soft texture, but thinly sliced apples would make a good alternative, especially if you’d like to incorporate a little crunch. Once assembled, the cookies are rolled in a mixture of cinnamon and confectioner’s sugar which adds both sweetness and spice without overpowering the chocolate and peanut butter flavors.
