Ingredients

Powdered peanut butter

2 Tbsp, or powdered almond butter

Dried medjool dates

4 item(s), split open and pitted

Lily's Baking chips dark chocolate

1 Tbsp

Flaky salt

2 pinch(es)

Instructions

Stir together the powdered almond butter and 1 tbsp water until smooth. Add water by 1/4 tsp, if needed to create a thick paste.

Stuff each date with nut butter, then press back together to close.

In the microwave, melt the chocolate chips, about 30 seconds. Spread on top of the stuffed dates. Top with the flaky sea salt.

Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for up to 3 days.
