You just combine the six ingredients in a bowl and pop 'em in the microwave; it doesn't get much simpler than that! And really, what's better than a one-step recipe? When you're done creating this rich, hearty dish, top it with some optional fresh lime for touch of acidity.

Canned black beans

Canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce

Combine all ingredients, except cilantro, in a microwave-safe bowl; cover and microwave on high until peppers are tender, 7 minutes. Stir in cilantro.
