Ingredients
Fat free cottage cheese

Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp
Marinara sauce
¼ cup(s)
Italian seasoning
1 Tbsp
Red pepper flakes
½ Tbsp
Garlic powder
1 tsp
Table salt
⅛ tsp
Cooked broccoli

Prepared frozen breaded chicken tenders

Instructions

Add frozen chicken tenders to air fryer at 380 for 20 mins.

Add ½ cup of cottage cheese to a bowl (feel free to blend cottage cheese for a smooth texture).

Add Parmesan cheese and ¼ cup of marinara sauce to bowl. Add seasonings to bowl. Mix thoroughly until all is blended

Heat in Microwave for 1 minute 30 secs.

Add broccoli and chicken on top.
