Fresh cherries add wonderful sweetness, color and moisture to these 5-ingredient breakfast cakes. They take less than 10 minutes to prepare and are a tasty change of pace from eating oatmeal. Fat free skim milk
1 cup(s), pitted, roughly chopped
Powdered sugar (confectioner's)
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat 4 mini loaf pans with cooking spray.
- Place oatmeal in a bowl; sift flour over top. Whisk egg with milk in another bowl; stir into oat mixture. Add cherries; stir to combine. Divide among prepared pans; smooth in an even layer.
- Bake until a tester inserted in center of a loaf comes out clean, 20-25 minutes.
- Let cool slightly in pan; remove and serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.
