This is my take on a traditional vodka soda with my Middle Eastern flare (of course). I decided to turn up the volume by adding rosewater, which brings its signature floral notes to the drink. Juiced lemon makes the drink even more refreshing. It’s time to get your summer groove on with this rosewater spritz in your hand!

Ingredients

Vodka

1½ cup(s)

Rose water

½ cup(s), such as Al Wadi

Fresh lemon juice

¼ cup(s)

Sparkling water

1 liter(s), such as San Pellegrino or Topo Chico

Lemon slice(s)

4 slice(s), or wheels or dried rose petals, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a small pitcher, stir vodka, rosewater, and lemon juice to combine. Add sparkling water and gently stir 3 times to combine. Serve over ice and garnish with a lemon wheel.
