Here’s a fun meal to liven up a ho-hum weeknight. Jumbo pasta shells are filled with cheesburger-y goodness—lean ground beef, chopped onion, a little ketchup and mustard, dill pickles, and cheddar cheese, of course. A fresh topping of lettuce, tomato, and more pickles further enhances the burger theme. You can assemble the shells ahead of time if you’d like, and combine the topping ingredients and store them in the fridge. Add 5 to 10 minutes to the cook time if the shells and filling are cold.
