fat free vanilla frozen yogurt1 cup(s)
fat free skim milk¼ cup(s)
instant espresso½ tsp, powder
ground cinnamon¼ tsp
lite whipped topping¼ cup(s)
fat-free caramel topping2 Tbsp
- Blend yogurt, milk, espresso powder and cinnamon on high.
- Pour into two glasses. Top each with 2 tablespoons whipped topping and 1 tablespoon caramel topping.
