avocado½ item(s), medium, thinly sliced
fresh tomato(es)1 medium, thinly sliced

- Put the alfalfa sprouts and carrot in separate small bowls; toss with the dressing.
- Spread the hummus evenly on the slices of bread. Layer evenly with the avocado, tomato, carrot and alfalfa mixture. Sprinkle with the salt and pepper. Yields 1 sandwich per serving.
