Ingredients

alfalfa sprouts

mixed grain bread

Instructions

  1. Put the alfalfa sprouts and carrot in separate small bowls; toss with the dressing.
  2. Spread the hummus evenly on the slices of bread. Layer evenly with the avocado, tomato, carrot and alfalfa mixture. Sprinkle with the salt and pepper. Yields 1 sandwich per serving.
