Alfalfa sprouts

Mixed grain bread

Instructions

Put the alfalfa sprouts and carrot in separate small bowls; toss with the dressing.

Spread the hummus evenly on the slices of bread. Layer evenly with the avocado, tomato, carrot and alfalfa mixture. Sprinkle with the salt and pepper. Yields 1 sandwich per serving.
