Fat free ricotta cheese

Blueberries

Instructions

Puree ricotta in a mini– or regular food processor. Scrape cheese into a medium bowl and stir in orange zest.

Place 1 cup blueberries in each of 4 dessert bowls; top each with 1/2 cup ricotta mixture and drizzle each with 1 tsp balsamic glaze.
