This overnight oat recipe is delicious as written but also wonderful made with other types of fruit, nuts, and milk varieties. For an added pop of flavor, grate some lemon zest on top, or sprinkle on a pinch of ground cinnamon.

Ingredients

Uncooked old fashioned rolled oats

Plain unsweetened almond milk (vitamin and mineral fortified)

8 fl oz

Stevia leaf herbal extract

Trade Street Jam Co. Blueberry lemon basil jam

4½ oz

Blackberries

Sliced almonds (unsalted, no oil or sugar added)

Instructions

Combine oats, almond milk, and optional Stevia (or another sweetener of your choice) in a bowl; cover and refrigerate overnight.

Place 1/4 cup blackberries in each of 4 glasses; divide jam evenly over top. Divide oat mixture evenly over berries. Top each glass with 1 tbsp almonds and 1/4 cup blackberries.
