Ingredients

Strawberries

1 cup(s), chopped

Plain fat free Greek yogurt

cup(s)

Honey

½ tsp

Vanilla extract

½ tsp

Lily's Dark chocolate mini baking chips (9 oz)

80 chip(s), (about 2 tbsp)

Instructions

  1. Line a platter or small baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, stir together the strawberries, yogurt, honey, and vanilla until well combined. Scoop onto lined plate to form 6 mounds. Freeze for 45 minutes, until set.
  3. Meanwhile, in a shallow microwave safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips, about 30 to 45 seconds. Stir until smooth.
  4. Working quickly (yogurt might start melting), dip tops into melted chocolate and return to lined plate or use a spoon to spread chocolate on tops. Freeze another 10 minutes, until chocolate is set.
