And try customizing the smoothie with your favorite flavor yogurt, other varieties of frozen fruit and juice, and by swapping in almond milk (or other milk types) for water.
Fresh mixed greens
1 cup(s), baby variety such as spinach, chard, and kale
Frozen unsweetened mixed berries
Fat free vanilla Greek yogurt
4 fl oz, such as Good Belly Blueberry Acai

- In the base of a blender, add the greens, frozen berries, and yogurt. Top with the juice, water, and ice. Blend until smooth.
