BBQ Chicken Pizzas

Here’s a fabulous way to use up leftover chicken. These pizzas make a tasty dinner or lunch but can also be served as an appetizer or snack.
cooking spray2 spray(s)
cooked skinless boneless chicken breast(s)1 cup(s), chopped, or shredded
barbecue sauce½ cup(s)
Gouda cheese3 oz, smoked or regular, shredded (about 3/4 cup)
uncooked red onion(s)½ small, cut in thin slivers
cilantro½ cup(s), fresh, chopped
Flatout Rustic white artisan thin4 flatbread(s)
- Bake Flatout Thin Crust Pizza at 375 degree oven for 2 minutes.
- In a small bowl, toss chicken with barbecue sauce. Divide mixture evenly over 4 Thin Crust Pizzas.
- Sprinkle each Thin Crust Pizza with 3 tablespoons cheese and 2 tablespoons onions. Bake until cheese melts and bottoms of tortillas are lightly browned, about 4 minutes.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle each pizza with 2 tablespoons cilantro. Slice each pizza and serve.
