Banana Bread French Toast
Plain unsweetened almond milk

Avocado Banana Bread
3 slice(s), halved (search for the recipe in the WW app)
Powdered sugar (confectioner's)

- In a pie plate or shallow baking dish, whisk the milk, cinnamon, and egg. Add the bread to the pie plate in a single layer. Let the bread soak for 1 to 2 minutes per side.
- Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-low. Add the bread and cook until browned and crisp, 2 to 4 minutes per side. Divide the toast between 2 plates. Using a fine-mesh sieve, sift the powdered sugar over the toast. Top with the strawberries.
- Serving size: 3 toast pieces and ½ cup strawberries
