Banana berry smoothie

The smoothie features a wonderful mixture of bananas, fresh raspberries, fresh blueberries, fat-free yogurt and skim milk, a touch of vanilla extract, as well as colorful mint leaves for the garnish and finishing touch. All you have to do is blend the ingredients together for a quick pick-me-up. You can use strawberries instead of the raspberries too if that's what you have on hand.
Plain fat free yogurt
Fat free skim milk
⅛ tsp, or to taste

- Break banana into pieces and place in blender with most berries, except 2 or 3 berries for garnish. Add yogurt, milk and vanilla. Blend together until smooth, about 15 to 20 seconds.
- Pour into a large glass and garnish with reserved berries and mint.
