Instructions

In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs, cottage cheese, salt, garlic powder, and pepper.

Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Heat on medium.

Pour the egg mixture into the skillet.

Cook 4 minutes, stirring the eggs gently around edges to allow uncooked egg to reach the pan.

Place bagel halves cut sides down in skillet. Cook 1 minute.

Carefully flip the entire round of egg and bagel over. Turn off the heat.

Fold sides of egg toward the center of bagel halves. Place the cheese, turkey, and avocado on one bagel half. Spoon the salsa on top, then fold the other bagel half over.
