Apple-Cinnamon Oatmeal Breakfast Bread

Creative, easy breakfast ideas don't get much simpler. Use instant oatmeal packets as the base for these individual breakfast breads. They're made in mini loaf pans and come together in minutes. They're great hot but delicious at room temperature, too. Enjoy at home or toss into a container for breakfast on-the-go.

Cooking spray

Quaker Lower Sugar Apples and Cinnamon Instant Oatmeal
2 packet(s)
White self-rising flour
⅓ cup(s)
Egg
1 large egg(s)
Fat free skim milk
¼ cup(s)
Apple
1 large
Crystallized ginger
1½ Tbsp
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat 4 mini loaf pans (about 3 1/2 x 2 inches per compartment) with cooking spray.

Place oatmeal in a bowl; sift flour over top. Whisk egg with milk in another bowl; stir into oat mixture. Add apple; stir to combine. Divide among prepared pans; smooth in an even layer and sprinkle with ginger.

Bake until a tester inserted in center of a loaf comes out clean, 20-25 minutes.

Let cool slightly in pan before removing.
