There's nothing better than throwing a few ingredients together in a container, letting them chill overnight, then having your meal ready to go in the morning when you're busy running around trying to get ready. All you have to do is mix up some rolled oats, Greek yogurt, and ground cinnamon and let them meld together as you sleep. Stir in some shredded apples when you wake up and are craving breakfast, and this dish will keep you filled and satisfied until lunchtime. Feel free to use whatever fresh fruits and ground spices you have on hand to mix things up throughout the week.
Uncooked rolled oats
Plain fat free Greek yogurt
1 small, unpeeled, shredded
- Combine oats, yogurt, and cinnamon in storage container. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- To serve, stir in apple.
- Per serving (about 1 1/4 cups)
