Reduced calorie mayonnaise

Raisins

Chopped walnuts (unsalted, raw or dry roasted, no sugar added)

1 Tbsp, toasted

Crisp cooked bacon

2 slice(s), crumbled

Combine the mayonnaise, vinegar, and sugar in a large bowl. Add the apples, carrots, celery, raisins, and walnuts; toss to coat well. Sprinkle with the bacon and serve at once. Yields 1 1/4 cups per serving.
