What to expect at a Workshop

Start with a Wellness Check–In

 

Take a moment for self-reflection and recognition of healthy behaviors—not just the number you see on the scale—with the help of a Wellness Guide. Check-ins are always private and confidential.

Meet your Wellness Coach

 

Your certified Coach has been in your shoes and is here to support you with your wellness and weight loss goals. They'll provide helpful tips and lead insightful discussions with other members.

During the Workshop

 

Your Coach will lead a group dialogue about a weekly topic that'll last around 30 minutes.

Chat about strategies and techniques for weight loss, such as how to prep for the holidays or navigate the menu at a restaurant.

Learn what is and isn't working for other members and participate as much or as little as you want. This is your time to celebrate and share without judgment.

After the Workshop

 

Your Coach will help create an action plan so you feel confident to start working toward your goals after you leave the Studio.

During the week, look for moments to choose ZeroPoint™ foods or try the meal prep tips another member suggested. At your next Workshop, share what worked for you with the group. That's what it's all about!
