Veggie Burger with Sautéed Vegetables & Quinoa
jarred minced garlic
⅛ tsp, or to taste
1 cup(s), thinly sliced
½ cup(s), thinly sliced
frozen fat-free vegetarian burger
1 patty/patties, prepared according to package
Heat oil in a medium nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; add garlic and cook, stirring, until lightly browned. Add mushrooms and onions; season to taste and sauté until tender. Cook veggie burger according to package directions and serve over quinoa, topped with sautéed vegetables.
