How to Prepare
Heat oil in a nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Add onion and sauté. Add tempeh, season to taste and sauté. Spread tortilla with black bean dip and top with tempeh mixture. Top with tomatoes and roll. Enjoy with salad tossed with dressing.
