Spaghetti and Meatless Meatballs
frozen vegetarian ground meat substitute
1½ cup(s), thawed
canned tomato sauce
cooked whole-wheat spaghetti
fresh lemon juice
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Season ground meat substitute to taste and brown until cooked through. Add tomato sauce and simmer. Serve over spaghetti. Preheat broiler. Drizzle asparagus with oil and lemon juice and broil until tender.
