Parmesan Basil Tempeh
grated Parmesan cheese
mixed vegetables canned (corn, lima beans, snap beans, green peas, and carrots)
fresh lemon juice
cooked white rice
Preheat oven to 400°. Combine cheese, basil and pepper. Coat tempeh with olive oil, sprinkle with cheese mixture and bake. Serve with vegetables sprinkled with lemon juice and rice.
