Notes

Heat a medium nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; add sausage and sauté until lightly browned, about 2 minutes. Stir in peppers and onions, tomato sauce and seasoning; cook until vegetables are hot and tender, stirring occasionally, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat; sprinkle with cheese.
