Notes
Preheat grill. Mix rice and mushrooms (and onions, if desired) in a food processor. Combine with carrots, cheese and egg yolk and mix to combine. Form into a burger and grill. Serve on muffin with ketchup as desired. Complement with spinach tossed with tomato and dressing. Save orange for dessert.
