Chicken Stir-Fry

minced garlic

sweet red pepper(s)

1 cup(s), sliced

uncooked boneless skinless chicken breast(s)

teriyaki sauce

2 Tbsp

red pepper flakes

1 pinch(es), or to taste

uncooked asparagus

1 cup(s), steamed, cut into bite-size pieces

cooked long grain brown rice

½ cup(s)


Heat oil in a nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic, onions and red pepper and sauté until tender. Add chicken, teriyaki sauce and red pepper flakes. Season to taste and sauté until chicken is no longer pink. Add asparagus and heat through. Serve with rice.
