Why I'm doing this
My WW journey began with a Caribbean vacay. I missed out on making memories when my size prevented me from ziplining with my group. There’s a line between being thick and just being straight up unhealthy, and I definitely crossed it. I had tried some other weight-loss methods in the past, but cleanses and fad diets? That stuff just doesn't work. Honestly, you don't have to do that much to see major changes and get a sick bod.
I still eat bagels
My wife and I were cruising Connect in the WW app and discovered that someone made pizza crust with nothing but yogurt and flour. My mind was blown. So we started making all kinds of bread with this method, and basically you can now have a bagel that has a third of the calories and a third of the SmartPoints® as a regular bagel.
