Zoom is a virtual meeting platform that we use to deliver our Remote Workshops. You will need to download the free app onto your phone, tablet or desktop computer. You then need to create an account and sign in to the platform. You will then have a live account and can access all of our Remote Workshops. We understand that sometimes you may have other commitments that means you are unable to attend your usual Remote Workshop. We would encourage you to attend one of the alternative Remote Workshops that week, however if this isn't possible then simply join your regular workshop the following week as normal. It will depend on how far through the programme you are. Please follow the instructions detailed in the letter you have received and be sure to join a Remote Workshop as soon as possible.

Firstly that's great news, we are so happy that you are getting the benefits of attending your Remote Workshop ! If you simply email ww.healthieryou@nhs.net and tell us your full name and unique identifying ‘H’ number, along with which workshops you have attended and when, we can update your file for you.

Participants can come via their GP/nurse or can self-refer themselves via the Diabetes UK website This website has a risk tool which will identify if a person is potentially eligible for our programme www.ww.com/uk/diabetes-risk-assessment

Smoking cessation is support for participants who want to give up smoking, on the triaging call with the Contact Centre you will be asked if you smoke and if you want support to quit. If you do, the advisor at the Contact Centre will give you the name and contact details for your local stop smoking service.

At the end of your programme, if your blood result still shows that you are at risk of Type 2 diabetes, then please speak to your Health Care Professional about being re-referred. If you do not fall into this category at the end of your 36 week programme, your membership will finish. However if you would like to continue being a WW member, please go to ww.com and you will be able to rejoin and take advantage of all of our membership offers.

Congratulations! You are absolutely fine to continue on the programme, but please inform your Remote Workshop coach as soon as possible, who will ensure that you receive the support that you need by being assigned a bespoke programme.
