At WW, we know that how you think drives the things you do.
That's why, when it comes to your overall health and wellbeing, taking care of your mind is just as important as taking care of your body.
Meditation can make you more aware of your thoughts and feelings; that’s called mindfulness, and it’s a powerful way to shift your mindset to help you reach your goals.
Studies have also shown that mindfulness practices can improve outcomes related to overall health and wellness, leading to higher levels of wellbeing, focus and attention, self-insight, and relationship satisfaction.*
Simply put, meditation is a healthy behaviour, and Headspace makes it easier.
What does this mean for me?
Headspace provides curated content for WW members, available in the app. Meditate any time, anywhere!
Use Headspace to help you become more present in mind and body, to pause and refocus when feeling stressed and to help you get ready for sleep. You can even use it to help you eat mindfully.
Where can I find Headspace content?
Right in the WW app. On the 'My Day' screen, scroll down and look for the Headspace card under Weekly Recipes.
