Your guide to the Costa menu

Coffee and cake, anyone? We've rounded up the healthiest picks from the Costa menu, so you can stay on track with your weight loss goals, even when you're out and about.

The WW programme is designed for real life, which means it's flexible and liveable. Translation: you can still eat out at your favourite restaurants and cafes. Hooray!

Whether you enjoy stopping at Starbucks, popping into Pret or calling at Costa, we've got you covered with our handy PersonalPoints™ (PP) guides.

Breakfast

Whether you’re grabbing something in a rush before work or enjoying a leisurely late breakfast, there are options at Costa to suit all tastes and Budgets.

The Bacon Roll is 14PP, a Vegan Bac'n Breakfast Bap is 10PP and the Egg, Roasted Mushroom & Spinach Bap is 9-10PP. Find out more about our customised plans.

The M&S Porridge with Berry Compote is 10PP and Brown Seeded Toast (without butter) is 8PP.

Costa coffee

For 3PP, you can get a medium latte with skimmed milk, a Flat White with skimmed milk or a cortado with semi-skimmed milk.

A medium cappuccino with skimmed milk is 4PP, and same goes for a medium Latte with soya milk.

Fancy a treat? A small hot chocolate with skimmed milk is 8PP.

Having a topping with your drink? One pump of Sugar Free Caramel Syrup is 0PP, and the Vanilla Syrup and Salted Caramel Sauce are 1SP each (per 10g pump).

Sandwiches, toasties, salads and soups

If you’re looking for a low Points® option, the M&S Tomato & Basil Soup is 3PP.

Happy stepping into double digit territory with a hot toastie or panini? The British Ham & Cheese Toastie is 12PP and the Cheese & Tomato Toastie is 16PP.

The Chicken Fajita Wrap is 12PP and the Tuna Melt Panini is 13-14PP.

The Vegan Macaroni Cheeze is 15PP, and the M&S Chicken, Tomato & Basil Pasta Salad comes in at 15-16PP.

Sweet treats

Got a hankering for something sweet? The Portuguese Custard Tart (pastel de nata) is 8PP and the Fruit & Oat Biscuits are 10PP. You can make custard tarts at home too, using this recipe from our Eggs cookbook.

If you have rollovers or weeklies to tap into, or you’ve planned low PersonalPoints meals across your day, the Blueberry Muffin is 16PP and the Millionaire's Shortbread is 20PP.

Disclaimer: The PersonalPoints listed in these guides are correct at the time of publishing (March 2022). Unless otherwise stated, the Points values listed are for the item as served in the restaurant - so if you ordered the chicken steamed gyoza at Wagamama, the Points value of 7PP includes all five gyoza that come as part of the dish. You might notice discrepancies between the Points you calculate using the nutritional details provided by the restaurant and the Points listed for meals in these guides. That's because the PersonalPoints have taken into account any ZeroPoint™ ingredients in the meal and been adjusted accordingly, whereas the restaurant information includes nutritional values for all ingredients. For tracking purposes, use the Points values listed in these guides.
