If you have watermelon and ginger beer, then you have all that’s needed for a red, fizzy, summery punch. Fun and uplifting, your guests will never know how simple it is to make!


Ingredients
Watermelon
1200 gm, seedless
Ginger beer
400 ml(s), (2 x 200 mL cans)
Instructions

Place 1000 g watermelon flesh in a large jug (reserve remaining 200 g to serve). Using a hand-held blender, blend until smooth. Strain into a large jug. Stir in ginger beer.

Finely chop the reserved flesh and add to watermelon jug with ice cubes to serve.
