Warm tapas-style almonds

- Heat oil in medium heavy nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add almonds and reduce heat to medium-low. Cook, shaking skillet occasionally, until almonds just begin to brown, about 5 minutes. Transfer almonds to serving dish. Sprinkle with salt, paprika, and cayenne; toss until coated evenly.
