Instructions

In a shallow bowl combine carrots, cucumber, rice wine vinegar, and sugar. Set aside for 10 minutes. Drain, then toss with the chopped herbs.

Split each roll in half and fill with the carrots and cucumber mixture then top with 1 sausage. Drizzle over the sweet chilli sauce, garnish with the remaining herbs, and enjoy!
