1% low fat cottage cheese
Sautéed vegetables (with 1 tsp olive oil)
- Preheat DASH Egg Bite Maker for 2-3 minutes. Meanwhile, beat egg whites in a medium bowl; stir in cottage cheese, salt and pepper.
- Fill 1 DASH silicone cup with water and pour into Egg Bite Maker; place all 4 silicone cups in Egg Bite Maker. Spoon 1 Tbsp vegetables in each cup; pour egg mixture into each cup so that cups are 3/4 full. Cover; let sit until cooked through, about 7-10 minutes. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
