  1. Spray a large soup pot with cooking spray.
  2. Add onion, celery, carrots, and garlic. Cook for 4-5 minutes.
  3. Add cabbage, green beans, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add chicken broth, canned tomatoes, and tomato paste. Bring to a simmer and cook for about 10 minutes until the cabbage is tender.
  5. Stir in the corn and peas. Cook for 2-3 minutes until warmed
  6. Serving size: 2 cups of vegetable soup
