Uncooked cabbage (all varieties)
4 cup(s), chopped, chopped
String beans
1 cup(s), (frozen, canned, or fresh), chopped
Italian seasoning

Kosher salt

Black pepper

Chicken broth
4 cup(s)
Canned diced tomatoes
28 oz, with juice
Canned tomato paste
2 tbsp(s)
Cooked corn
1 cup(s), frozen or canned
Uncooked peas

Instructions

Spray a large soup pot with cooking spray.

Add onion, celery, carrots, and garlic. Cook for 4-5 minutes.

Add cabbage, green beans, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir and cook for 5 minutes.

Add chicken broth, canned tomatoes, and tomato paste. Bring to a simmer and cook for about 10 minutes until the cabbage is tender.

Stir in the corn and peas. Cook for 2-3 minutes until warmed
