Vegan smoked jalapeño cheddar cheese

1 clove(s), medium
Fresh lemon juice
Dried agar seaweed
15 gm, 1 Tbsp
- Add ¾ cup water and all ingredients (except agar agar) into blender and blend.
- Set a small saucepan over medium-high heat and add the remaining ¾ cup water and agar. Bring to simmer and stir constantly.
- Remove from heat and stir in the blended cashew mixture. Pour into a mold and chill 2-3 hours.
